6. Recruitment

‍Connect Northshore is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in its volunteer recruitment. Volunteers are selected based on their skillset, interest, availability, and the organization's needs. All volunteers must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent if under 18.

7. Training & Support

‍Volunteer roles with Connect Northshore are at-will and may be terminated by either the volunteer or Connect Northshore at any time, for any reason.
