Queer Artist Spotlight Terms of Use:

  1. Eligibility: Artists must be at least 18 years old to submit their artwork. The artwork submitted must be the original work of the artist submitting it.
  2. Artwork Ownership: All submitted artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. By submitting, the artist acknowledges that they hold all rights to the artwork.
  3. Consent to Share: By submitting their artwork, the artist grants Connect Northshore a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the submitted artwork on the Queer Artist Spotlight webpage, and across other Connect Northshore platforms, including but not limited to social media pages, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  4. Artist Credit: Connect Northshore agrees to credit the artist in all instances of artwork display and use.
  5. Artwork Use: The artist agrees that their submitted artwork will not be used for any commercial purpose, and that it will only be used to promote the artist, Connect Northshore, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
  6. Removal of Artwork: The artist retains the right to request the removal of their artwork from the Queer Artist Spotlight webpage and Connect Northshore’s platforms at any time.
  7. Content Guidelines: Connect Northshore reserves the right to reject any artwork submission that it deems inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to its mission and values.
  8. Changes to Terms: These terms may be updated from time to time. It is the artist's responsibility to review them regularly.
